Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back to Care-a-Lot.

  Package with Care

  Place your unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Print and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, notifying you via email when the magic is complete.
